Who Runs This Site
Arawn Software Publishing operates the roadmap at roadmap.arawninteractive.com. The roadmap is a public planning board for Arawn's Unity assets, integrations, patches, and unavailable time blocks.
What You Can Do Without Logging In
You can view the public roadmap without logging in. Public viewing does not require a Discord account and does not create a roadmap user profile.
Discord Login
If you choose to log in, the site sends you to Discord OAuth and asks for the Discord scopes needed to identify your account and check which Discord servers you are in. The site uses this only to confirm whether you are a member of Arawn's Discord server and whether you may vote.
The site receives your Discord user ID, display name, avatar information, and server membership result. Discord access tokens are used for the login check and are not stored by the roadmap app.
Voting Data
If you vote by dragging a roadmap item, the site stores your Discord user ID, Discord display name, avatar URL, the item you voted on, and your preferred item position. This is needed so each Discord user has one current vote per item and can update or remove that vote later.
Your Discord display name and avatar may be shown publicly under the roadmap item you voted on so other visitors can see who supported that priority. If you remove your vote, that vote record is deleted from the roadmap vote store.
Cookies
The site uses a secure signed session cookie to keep you logged in after Discord login. The session cookie can contain your Discord user ID, display name, avatar URL, and server membership status. It is set as an HttpOnly cookie and expires after about 30 days unless you log out earlier.
The site may also use a short-lived OAuth state cookie during Discord login to protect the login flow.
Server Logs
Like most websites, the server may create technical logs such as request paths, timestamps, status codes, and IP-related connection metadata. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the service running.
Sharing
The roadmap does not sell your data. Voting information is shared publicly only as described above. Discord login is provided by Discord, so Discord's own privacy terms apply when you authenticate through Discord.
Retention
Session cookies expire automatically or when you log out. Vote records remain until you remove your vote, the roadmap item is removed, or Arawn cleans up old roadmap data. Technical logs may be kept for operational and security purposes.
Your Choices
You can view the roadmap without logging in. You can log out at any time. If you voted, you can remove your vote from the roadmap interface. For other privacy questions or removal requests, contact Arawn through the official Discord server or the support channels listed on arawninteractive.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the roadmap app changes. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
